The entire building has external stone masonry of the area 60cm thick,
it has a tiled roof and the frames are made of PVC material, extremely resistant to
particular climatic conditions of the region.
All rooms have a private balcony.
A paved courtyard of 800 sq.m. has been designed, in which they are accommodated
events/receptions of up to 500 people, while the water collection tank for
the irrigation of the trees, 215 cubic meters (2.5 m deep) has been turned into a "swimming pool"
with running water continuously recycled. LOCATION
The farm, with an area of ​​approximately 75 acres, is located in the location of Ai-Lias
Golas, D.D. Faridos, Municipality of Spartiaton in Laconia, at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level

DESCRIPTION

The fruit and/or wood of walnuts and chestnuts as well as the native wild ones
