According to law 4495, the following supporting documents are required:

The first category includes buildings or independent divided properties of specific use (eg, which belong to the State, tourist accommodation over 300 sq.m., gas stations, hospitals, etc.), according to law 4495 / 2017. These buildings have a margin of up to 5 years for the registration of Electronic Building Identity. For all other buildings or stand-alone properties, submission is mandatory at the time of transfer.
